ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Instituted vibration analysis program and provided training;
Resulted in 65% reduction of mechanical problems on plant
equipment.
- Redesigned a double seal that previously required replacement
three times per year; new design has not failed in four years
of service. Realized annual savings of $60K mat'l & labor
savings plus $180K in added production.
- Managed the largest site project $1MM. Installed a new 375,000
gal. storage tank for styrene monomer. No contractor accidents,
spills or process interruptions during tie-in.

for commercial and industrial accounts. This includes process
improvements, energy saving programs, cost analysis of current
versus proposed process systems.

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER
Responsible for all phases of implementing major Capitol plant
process equipment that would either increase overall plant production
or improve process quality and reduce cost. Provide expertise
in the maintenance of mechanical equipment and training of support
personnel. Develop methods for monitoring critical mechanical
equipment and redesign of components to insure plant reliability.

Responsible for improving production on existing process equipment,
developing new process equipment and improving the operating environment
to conform with latest standards. Developed methods and techniques
to improve plant reliability provided technical expertise on the

equipment.
